Pride Spaces!

Hello Portland Community!

Pride Portland! is looking forward to June 2021 and hoping you would be able to join us in decorating your space for the month, showing your PRIDE in our LGBTQ+ community. If you'll be joining us in making Portland "pop", please let us know by June 4th, and we'll be sure to include you on the PridePortland.org website... There may even be prizes!

• Who – Our Portland community!

• What – A socially-distanced celebration of Pride. Decorate your business, your windows, fly your pride flags, and show us how much pride you have! Our community will be walking, driving, biking, and checking it out. Pride Portland! will list your business on our website and social media to show your participation. Votes will be cast for the most colorful and creative displays.

• When – The official week of PRIDE is June 13 – 19, but please feel free to celebrate throughout the month of June! Where – Wherever you are. The parade usually visits our friends along Congress and High Streets, but this year everyone in Portland is invited to participate. Let us know where you are, and we’ll add you to our list of “Portland Places with PRIDE!”

• How – Get creative! Time to dig out your paints, your rainbows, and your glitter… or phone a friend!

• Why – Two years without a parade is a bummer. We miss celebrating with you in person but walking or driving around town to see our friends' and neighbors' decorations is the next best thing!
